CRESTWOOD and SUNSET HILLS

Southwest of St. Louis along the Interstate Highway 44 corridor lie the residential communities of Crestwood and Sunset Hills. The cities are home to suburban neighborhoods, shopping malls, parks and recreation facilities and excellent schools. The Lindbergh public school district, which serves the majority area, consistently ranks among the best in St. Louis County.

The City of Crestwood boasts the lowest property tax rates and best municipal services in St. Louis County. A wide selection of singe-family housing stock, primarily built in the mid to late 1960's, provide the foundation for stable, safe neighborhoods.
