In the past four years as a full-time, licensed Realtor I’ve worked with a boutique firm (Blue Ribbon Realtors), Re/Max, & Keller Williams, where I practice now.  Each firm has helped mold me to the Top Producer that I’ve become.  I’ve achieved over 10 million in annual sales, Rookie of the Year Awards, Rising Star Award, Excellence Awards, & am a member of the Life-Time Multi-Million Dollar Club.  But none of those accolades are what sets me apart from the rest of the professionals in my industry.  As a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia & life long resident of St. Louis my knowledge of the local markets are much deeper than my professional achievements.  My true appreciation for St. Louis is evident in my active background in remodeling, home building, lending, gut rehabbing, & as a private real estate investor.  I have an intimate knowledge of what it takes to find the perfect home for my buyers and have an extensive professional marketing plan that I implement for each of my sellers to achieve top dollar in the quickest amount of time possible.  My strongest area of expertise lies with affluent clients expecting the highest standard of professionalism in their real estate transaction allowing them to have the “Ultimate Real Estate Experience.”  My best clients have enjoyed my strong appreciation of communication, punctuality, professionalism, intimate insight to the evolving market, candid advice, strong negotiating skills, & true interest in each individual transaction.
